Athma My Mind My Care in association with Chengannur Mavelikkara Diocese Counselling Forum conducted “Refine Youthfest 2023” a workshop for the students studying in 10th, 11th, 12th classes. The session on mental health and life skills was lead by Dr. Sijiya Binu, Chairperson Athma My Mind My Care.
